- Delivering Risk Assessment by:
- Identifying potential risks arising from the change initiative.
- Analysing risks across operational, strategic, financial, compliance and reputational dimensions.
- Utilising tools like risk matrices and SWOT analysis to prioritise risks based on likelihood and impact.
- Risk Mitigation Planning though:
- Developing risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
- Ensuring risk plans are realistic, actionable, and aligned with the broader change management strategy.
- Collaborating with other work stream leads to integrate risk management into all areas of the project.
- Implementing processes for ongoing risk monitoring and evaluation.
- Providing regular risk reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, tracking mitigation progress.
- Working with the other work stream leads (people, process, technology, and product) to ensure risks are addressed holistically across all areas.
- Preparation of contingency plans to address worst-case scenarios and ensure organisational resilience.
- Implementation of response processes in the event of a realized risk or crisis
- Ensuring all aspects of the change initiative complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Working closely with legal and compliance teams to monitor adherence and address any potential breaches.
